Part 1: overcoming my anxiety of leaving the house alone with my 2 year old twins!! A little back story on this - I struggle to leave the house alone regardless. As someone who struggles with anxiety and social anxiety, adding the kids to the mix is VERY hard. But you never grow unless you push your limits and show yourself you’re capable!!

Today was actually not bad at all!! The Home Depot might be our new spot to walk around at 😂 lots to look at and see and I won’t spend hundreds of dollars there (hopefully 😅).

It’s not even 9 AM and I’m already overstimulated and sweatin’ 😂 Moms, WE DESERVE A RESET TOO. Even if the house is still chaos and the kids are still loud, at least we can feel a little more put together thank to Secret Clinical Light & Fresh Secret Deodorant
