Happy Sunday!! We are selling tickets for a 50/50 raffle we will be doing on Friday at 8:20am during your Magic Mornings with Chismosa & Cucuy. This is a fundraiser to help raise funds for our Magic 106.5 team for the walk to End Alzheimer’s/Dementia coming up October 4th. If you would like to buy tickets you can either come by the station 620 Ave O between 8:30-5:30 Monday thru Thursday this week or you can send us a Venmo for your tickets. On the memo of your Venmo put raffle tickets and email Chismosa at [email protected] or Vince at [email protected] and let them know you have sent a Venmo, what name(s) to put on your ticket(s) and a phone #. Iconic Figure Flaco Jimenez passes away at 86. 😔

It is with great sadness that we share tonight the loss of our father, Flaco Jimenez. He was surrounded by his loved ones and will be missed immensely. Thank you to all of his fans and friends—those who cherished his music. And a big thank you for all of the memories. His legacy will live on through his music and all of his fans. The family requests privacy during this time of sadness and grievance.
