When we start a journey towards healthy eating and focusing on our nutrition the changes need to be things we can do for the rest of our lives. This is why most fad diets create the Yo-Yo effect. We start our cleanse or whatever flavor of the month and we find it to be unsustainable. Then we revert back to our old habits in worse shape than before. Why? Because we didn’t make changes that we can ACTUALLY maintain. This is about finding what works for you. What fits your life, your plan, your goals, your everything. I didn’t lose 97lbs on accident. I found the things that worked for me and kept at them. Ask yourself this before you start any phase of nutrition or exercise planning: CAN I DO THIS FOR FOREVER? If you can’t it would be wise to revisit the plan. Contact me for training and guidance.
