Tonight’s post is one I’ve been holding close (or forgot to schedule after writing it weeks ago😉).

Thanksgiving invites us to gather, give thanks, and celebrate abundance — but it also asks us to tell the truth. Beneath the familiar story lies a history of displacement, erasure, and resilience that deserves to be remembered, not hidden.

This year, I’m offering a different lens: Gratitude with eyes wide open.
A gratitude that honors joy and grief.
A gratitude that doesn’t bypass history, but holds space for healing.
A gratitude rooted in remembrance, integrity, and action.
