58 Cowboy Church is excited to announce their First Friday Night Jamboree scheduled for September 5th. There will also be a mutton busting on Saturday September 6th. There will be a lot of things for kids to do! Come join them!

Mt Zion Baptist Church will be celebrating the church's 150 Anniversary on September 13 & 14. The service on the 13th starts at 6 p.m. & will feature the Calvary Boys. On the 14th, the service starts at 10 a.m. with the church history, the morning message, & lunch after the service. Everyone is invited to attend. The church is located at 4303 FM 842, Lufkin. The pastor is Larry Skaggs.

The Beulah Congregational Methodist Church will be hosting an open mic Gospel singing on Saturday, September 6th at 7 p.m. A fellowship meal will follow the service. The church is located on FM 58 (Chestnut Drive) about 8-10 miles from the Lufkin loop. The pastor is Kelly Rowland.
