Just pulled a fresh rye sourdough from the oven and it might be my new favorite. It’s got that deep, earthy flavor with just the right amount of chew. I love experimenting with different flours, and this one feels like the perfect rustic loaf, warm and satisfying.

Also—what do you think about a weekly bread giveaway?
I’m thinking about giving away one free loaf every week to someone local who follows along and loves fresh bread as much as I do. Just a little thank you for supporting my small bakery and spreading the word.
