Kohlrabi's here! And our second batch of American Dream sweet corn (non-GMO/free of herbicides and non-organic pesticides) is in! Immanuel's Ground Market, Tuesday, September 23, 3-5pm :) We'll also have Striped German heirloom tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, homemade/organic wheat bread, Lacinato & Siberian kale, Yukon Gold potatoes, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, microgreens, bell peppers, flower bouquets, basil, parsley, Greek oregano, mint, zaatar, lemon balm, decorative corn (which you can grind to make tortillas) and pumpkins. Thank you, SVA students, for helping us grow and harvest all the produce! May eating the produce boost the students and our customers' health!

It’s been a little quiet on here lately, but don’t worry — I’m still baking, still experimenting, and still creating the sourdough and vegan treats you love. 🥖🍪

Even though I won’t be at the market this week, I’ve got some fun new bakes coming soon — including fresh batches of my Vegan Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough (a spicy favorite!) and, of course, plenty of Vegan Cookies for your sweet tooth. 😍

I’ll be at the Immanuel's Ground: The Shenandoah Valley Academy Farm this Tuesday 9/2, and I’m bringing all the fresh-baked goodness straight from my kitchen to your table. 🥖🍪🌽

39 weeks pregnant and officially taking a little break from baking for the business… but that doesn’t mean I’m not baking! 💕 Still whipping up treats for my family and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.Here’s my current guilty pleasure: a double chocolate chip vegan cookie, stuffed with creamy cookie butter and gooey vegan marshmallow. 🍪🍫🔥P.S. I’m still taking orders as I’m able to, so feel free to reach out if you’re craving something sweet!

It’s been a full season of markets and I’ve loved every minute of it. I’ll be out there on Tuesdays as long as I can until baby arrives — bringing you small-batch sourdough, vegan stuffed cookies, and vegan gluten-free breads, all made from scratch with love.

🗓 Next week’s menu will feature the beloved Rosemary Garlic Sourdough — don’t miss it!
