Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

The turkey hunt goes on and I’m sure there will be plenty of bottles in pans coming out of the oven (because originality). However I will be sitting back with family and friends enjoying some fine American Single Malt.

snowflake 2024 and Garryana to be exact. These two remind me of the fall and winter. Unique in their own character with both savory and sweet notes to get through the turkey day festivities.

Had an absolute blast last night in Lincolnton, NC where we poured , , and for Ci**rs, Bourbon, and Benefactors. They raised over $350k for abused children in North Carolina so they can receive the critical service they need.

FUTURE WHISKEY MAKER: My daughter had career day at school today and is supposed to dress like her future profession.

She wants to get her PHD in Chemistry and go into fermentation science so she can become an epic female Master distiller.

I love this so much.
