With more than four decades of senior executive leadership, Patty Chandler is a dynamic force across industries—blending business acumen with creative vision and compassionate care. She began her career with 40 years in the information technology and services sector, where she led operations, sales, customer experience, coaching, CRM management, and large-scale training programs. Her academic foundation includes advanced studies in leadership, management, and human resources from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Leadership and Management and Villanova University. She pairs her formal education with lived experience, inspiring innovation and accountability in every project she leads. In 2013, Patty founded Chandler Entertainment LLC, a Florida DBPR licensed, bonded, and insured talent agency. This women-led firm has become a premier provider of live music bookings and event production across Tampa Bay and beyond. From festivals and private celebrations to corporate engagements and artist development, Chandler Entertainment brings vision to life with unmatched professionalism. Services include social media management, website design, marketing, and budget execution—delivered with heart and precision. Patty is currently seeking strategic partnerships and new collaborations that align with Chandler Entertainment’s values of quality, community, and celebration. She welcomes opportunities with venues, brands, and collaborators who share her passion for live music and meaningful experiences. The Skipper Road Revival Band – Original Music & Live Performances In 2025, Patty Chandler stepped onto the stage as a backup vocalist for the Skipper Road Revival Band—a soul-infused, Southern rock/Americana group rooted in powerful storytelling and musical camaraderie. The band blends smoky blues, vintage rock energy, and heartfelt lyrics, creating a sound that’s both nostalgic and refreshingly current. Beyond electrifying live shows, the group is also making waves as original songwriters. They've written and performed seven original songs to date, with more in development. Their debut track, Final Chapter, set the tone with its soulful introspection, while their namesake anthem, The Skipper Road Revival, celebrates the band’s spirit, journey, and community roots. With performances across the Tampa Bay area at iconic venues including:

Since September 2016, Patty has also served as Office Manager for NTG, where she manages administrative logistics, scheduling, and business operations—contributing to company growth and customer satisfaction. Additionally, she is the Business Manager for Fred Chandler Music, overseeing bookings, finances, branding, and promotions for the acclaimed artist and producer. Creative Expansion In 2024, Patty entered the film world with her acting debut in Killer Grannies, based on a true story and filmed in Tampa Bay. She appears in dramatic courtroom scenes shot inside a real Tampa courtroom. The film is slated for release in 2025, marking a bold new chapter in her creative journey. Licensed CNA – Private Care Provider Licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing since 2002, Patty provides in-home care as a self-employed Certified Nursing Assistant. She supports independence, comfort, and safety for her clients—offering services that include vital sign checks, medication assistance, transfers, mobility support, personal care, and range-of-motion exercises. Her caregiving reflects the same integrity and excellence that define her entire career.
