Full disclosure I was invited to run a 5K for charity with about 1000 people and as I’m not a runner I didn’t know if I was going to keep up the pace.

But isn’t it amazing when you get around the right people they just spur you on. I didn’t just finish the 5K, but I did it in a time I never thought I’d do (30mins).

So make the decision to do what you need to do and find your tribe to do it with.
