Marketing campaigns are often complex, with many moving parts.

To do them right you need a plan that defines your objectives and helps guide the way towards success.

I'm not gonna lie - this part can be tough because there's always something new coming out on social media or some other form of digital communication so how does one stay ahead?

The answer lies in establishing what exactly it is we want from our marketing efforts before deciding which tactics will bring us closer toward those goals as quickly, but politely as possible.

Get specific: think about who these people might include (i e target audience), where they hang out online/when?, etc...
