We would like to recognize one of the players of the 2025 VSGA Billiards event - Seth (Dabney), a gentleman that overcame adversity beyond all belief. He has CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) in both of his legs since 2014 in which he wears bilateral “C - Braces” .
5 months ago in May, he won 3rd place in the World APA 9 ball Championships in Vegas (as a skill level 8 player). He had a fall down the stairs 1 week later, that eventually left him without the ability to speak or use his left arm. He finished 2nd in a very competitive age group yesterday using only one arm. Truly an unbelievable testament to human strength and will power that Virginia Seniors are capable of.
