I did NOT want to get out of bed this morning. Like at all. But, I went. I didn’t have a great workout. It was short and I felt like I could have done more. The athlete in me wants to go 110% all of the time. I SHOULD be sore, I should be exhausted. That should not be the case!!! I went to the gym, I moved my body. At 7am might I add. It’s okay that it was shorter. I still did something positive. Stop being so harsh on yourself! thanks for this reminder♥️
