📸 SHE TOOK EVERY PICTURE… BUT WAS IN NONE OF THEM.
One afternoon, a little girl was looking through the family album when she asked, “Mummy, where are you?”
Her mother smiled. “I was taking the pictures.”
The girl closed the album, took her mother’s hand, and said, “Then let’s take one with you.”
Sometimes, the people holding everything together quietly disappear into the background. They organize the celebrations, prepare the meals, remember the birthdays, and capture the moments. We grow so accustomed to their care that we forget they need care too.
Let’s learn to notice—and turn appreciation into action. Take their picture. Share the responsibilities. Ask how they are doing, and make time to hear the answer.
