Meal prep.

15 steaks
4 pork chops
4 chicken breasts
4 pounds of shrimp
3 dozen eggs
3 pounds of sweet potatoes
3 pounds of bacon
2 people, 7 days.

Eating healthy has become more of a hobby to me than a chore. Finding someone with the same level of interest in their own health is a huge plus too. Make it fun and do it together.

Here’s proof of intensity from extreme mobility work that has been overdue.

Also, it’s a million degrees in the gym..
Take care of your joints and muscles by stretching. I’m guilty of neglecting this one aspect of my training.
