National Day of the Horse
Sharing some of our recent family pictures in honor of our special herd.
When we scheduled pictures, my hope was to capture some special moments with the horses.
As many of you know, I care for our senior crew with
And with senior horses or any animal, comes loss. Capturing moments in time with them is something I cherish greatly. Every moment with them is that much more special knowing we won’t get 20+ years with them-like most horse owners get when first meeting their horse.
This little herd right here has changed our family for the better-forever.
They have taught me patience.
They have proved to me I can do hard things.
They have brought me peace, courage, and pure joy in moments when I needed it the most.
I often wonder about their past, question how they could’ve ended up where we found them, and have been down right angry at their previous owners for failing them. Yet, these horses chose to trust ME not to do the same.
I think we can all learn something from a horse.

He Is Risen! Happy Easter y’all, let us all remember what this day truly signifies.
“He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.” (Matthew 28:6)
Wrapping my mind around the power of the Lord is difficult, but when life throws obstacles in our way remember-Friday’s disappointment, was Sunday’s empty tomb.
He proved He can do the impossible.
He proved YET again, that He keeps His promises.
And what is his promise to us?
Eternal life.
Forgiveness of sins.
Endless grace.
Everlasting love.
He will hold you.
You are made new, because of Jesus’ sacrifice.
Praise the Lord.

Decided now is the best time to share some of the moments I captured of our sweet W***y Wonka last month.
These pictures so perfectly captured the bond that he and Savvy had. Almost 100% of the time, wherever she was, so was W***y.
We already miss you so much our silly boy. Your smiles. Your sassy zebra attitude. Just getting to experience you is a blessing in itself. My kids loved you so much. Thank you for being you W***y.

We have a lot of their animals, they are super high quality, but also super expensive normally. (These are the ones you can buy individually at farm stores for lien $8-$9 each normally) so these deals are great compared!
