Some of the best decisions I’ve made in my career started with a little fear and a quiet feeling that it was time for something more.

My work has evolved. My vision has evolved. And now, my practice is evolving right along with me.

So maybe this is your reminder too — you don’t have to wait until you’re not scared.

Be scared. Trust yourself. Do it anyway. 🤍

Your face isn’t separate from your body.
And I don’t treat it like it is.

Puffiness, tension, a clenched jaw, that heavy or tired feeling in your face—it isn’t always asking for another product.

Sometimes it’s asking for movement. Breath. Hydration. Intentional touch. Less tension. A nervous system that has a chance to settle.

That’s exactly why the body + face session is one of my absolute favorites. There’s something different about giving the whole system a chance to soften and reset instead of focusing on just one area.

We can work with lymphatic flow, soften patterns of tension, sculpt the face—and let the body be part of the conversation too.

Because when the whole system feels better, it tends to show. ✨

A New Space, A New Chapter 🤍

As summer starts to wind down, I wanted to send you a quick note about a change coming in September. First, I’m just so grateful to work with the most wonderful clients and for the continued support you’ve shown me over the years.

After 14 wonderful years in my Lyons office, Northern Colorado Women’s Massage is moving to Longmont beginning September 1st. My new space will be just off Main Street, between 9th and 10th on Kimbark—only about 12 minutes from my current office.

Leaving Lyons wasn’t an easy decision after so many years, but this new space will give me room to expand my availability, bring you some amazing new services, and create more opportunities to connect outside of your regular appointments.

I have incredible clients who travel from all over Northern Colorado to see me, and I never take that for granted. I’m hopeful this more centralized location makes the drive a little easier—and if you’re one of my Lyons gals, don’t worry, I’m not going far. 🤍

If the new location affects your schedule, please reach out. I’m happy to move your appointment time up or down whenever I can to accommodate school pickup, work, or that little bit of extra drive time.

And my wheels are already turning! Think workshops, pop-ups, open houses, girls’ nights and more fun ways to bring this little community together. Be sure to follow along on Instagram—I’ll be sharing more as the new space comes together.

September and October availability is already limited, so be sure to grab your upcoming appointments if you haven’t yet.

As always, your referrals and support mean more to me than you know. I’m so grateful for every friend or family member you send my way, and I truly can’t wait to welcome you into the new space.

☀️ Super Fun Summer Updates

I can’t believe we’re already talking about August! Summer has flown by, and I wanted to send you a few quick updates.

Thanks to you, August is officially booked! 💛

If you were hoping to get in this month, don’t forget to add yourself to the waitlist. I do occasionally have appointments open up due to schedule changes, and the waitlist is the quickest way to be notified if something becomes available.

If you’ve been meaning to schedule, I’d encourage you not to wait too long. September is already filling quickly, and October appointments will be opening soon. If you have a favorite day or time, now is the perfect time to reserve it.

One small favor I’d love to ask: if you’re someone who likes to reserve appointments well in advance (which I truly appreciate!), please keep an eye on your calendar. I completely understand that life happens, but the more notice you can give me if something changes, the more likely I’ll be able to offer that appointment to someone on the waitlist. As all of our schedules get busier, those last-minute changes really do make a difference for my small business.

And finally… thank you.

Every appointment you book, every friend you send my way, every conversation where you mention my name, and every kind review or message you leave means more than you probably realize. You’ve done so much more than support a small business—you’ve helped turn a dream I carried for years into my everyday reality.

It is such a privilege to care for you, and I’m so grateful you’ve chosen to trust me with your time, your health, and your well-being. Thank you for being here, for sharing your experience with others, and for allowing my little business to continue to grow. I truly couldn’t do this without you.
