that you have boundaries. They're mad because they can't use you anymore. You were their emotional energy source, their punching bag, loyal follower, submissive victim, supportive supplier, background character, quiet minion. When they needed you, you ran to their aid. When they wanted something, you offered everything. They didn't realize how good they had it until you decided you deserved better than they were giving. You finally have a backbone, and you pi**ed them off because they thought you would never stand up to them.

I can't sit in a circle where everyone's smiling at each other's faces but secretly doing each other wrong. That's just not part of my character. I can't pretend to like you, can't pretend to kick it, and I'm not built to fake it for the sake of fitting in. Some of you all are laughing together while st*bb!ng each other in the back, and you don't even know it. I'll gladly remove myself before I sit in a room full of fakes.

They don’t care and they take no accountability for their actions and will constantly blame the other parent for their actions. They’ll continue going through life bashing the other parent, telling inappropriate things to them, and will even go as far as to say one of their kids isn’t theirs if the child wants nothing to do with them. Anything to keep the attention off of there toxic behavior and make the other parent look crazy and like they are the problem. Nothing is normal about a parent doing these type of things, NOTHING! Red flag 🚩 everywhere!

Having boundaries and going No Contact when needed is so important when dealing with narcissists!

Be prepared when going No Contact to hear things like “your using your kids as a weapon” or “you only care about yourself” “you’re being bitter, just let it go” “you only get one Mom or Dad” No TOXIC is TOXIC and you don’t have to tolerate disrespect and abuse no matter who it is!

Don’t allow them to blame. gaslight and manipulate you for the consequences of their abuse!

I don’t know where I got the strength and courage to develop such strong boundaries, narcissistic abuse wasn’t talked about nor even heard of back then.

Locking back on my life I see so much now that the only way I/we got through it, was that God was guiding me!

I’ve been going back and fourth on where I wanted to start at as far as content on this page since repurposing it from my Scentsy Page!

Today the thought came to me immediately after seeing this example of narcissistic abuse! A voice came to me and said I needed to share this! So please bear with me as this is all spur of the moment and wasn’t planned!

If people had knowledge of Narcissistic Abuse 2 -3 Decades ago, I’m semi-confident things would have gone differently in me and my families lives, but that can’t be changed; and we will never know. What I can do though is educate others on it, to hopefully prevent others from experiencing it!

As part of my healing journey I am going to start educating people on it! It’s not talked about near enough and the world needs to be educated about it. I endured it for 30 plus years until I finally no longer felt crazy and started using my voice more! Because the ones that have lived it or are living it, LIVE EVERY DAY feeling as if we are crazy, because of the ABUSE we endured and the projections placed upon us and the fact we are labeled as crazy constantly by the Narc!

I plan to educate and offer support to those that are going through it, have gone through it or have a friend/loved one that is going through it.

Secondly I hope to educate people that are oblivious to it, so that they don’t fall in to the trap of becoming a Flying Monkey……

I think starting here as far as content makes the most sense, because it lines right in then with my health issues that were in turn as a result of trauma and abuse and then I can go on to my healing journey and how everything really is MIND BODY SOUL CONNECTED ✨🌻 And most importantly it’s about RELEASING which is one of my words for this year!

I apologize if any of this doesn’t make sense, I’m typing as I’m thinking of it and wanted to post it to hold me accountable!
