Walked 3 miles and burned 448 calories, and got to enjoy our city Bicentennial Parade this morning in Tecumseh, Michigan. Also spotted my stepfather enjoying the parade like a cute little kid…and he never even knew I was there. Check it out, and happy birthday Tecumseh❣️

Today, on the 103rd anniversary of my grandma Janice’s birth, I shared my walk instead with my own mama. I did not make my usual video. Instead, I chatted with her. It was 3.3 miles of sharing grandma memories, joy, nature, laughs and love. So here’s a younger grandma Janice (my mom’s mama), and then us today. Happy birthday, Grandma. 🩵
