Marine City Pepper Spray incident

St. Clair County Prosecuting Attorney Michael Wendling says charges will be filed soon against the 1st Amendment Auditor who sauced Zimmernan’s Meat owner

The man, who has not been named, was charged with one count of unlawful use of a chemical weapon (mace), a two-year misdemeanor for the incident, which took place in Marine City on Jan. 6.
