Design Concept
The design minimizes exterior volume by inverting the program's order, situating exhibition spaces below ground level and containing public access areas above street level. The extension establishes a dialogue with Villa Planta through classical structures and ornamentation.

The Miami House, designed by FORMA, is a conceptual collective beach house that reimagines the traditional single-family home. The project caters to a group of independent individuals who share resources and values, promoting communal living and social interaction.
