This was one of those transactions that seemed to have a plot twist around every corner, but the important thing is that we were able to get it sold for much more than my sellers were willing to take. I have learned there is no such thing as a "normal market". This year has been one of my most productive years and I owe it all to the clients I am blessed to work with.

This year I have been fortunate enough to help my clients find the right place to call home, and get the most for their previous home. While most clients start as strangers, they always end up closer to friends. To all the friends and family who have support my small business, thank you! From sharing one of my posts on social media, to referring your friends, or even asking me to personally help buy/sell. It is all appreciated and allows me to continue doing what I love!
