The American government students at MMHS are organizing a 250 year celebration to unveil a time capsule that was buried in the Bicentennial Park in 1976. Madawaska special services director, Lise Pelletier, was part of the class of 1982, who were the 6th grade group who buried the capsule. We are seeking out other members of the Class of 82 who were in Mr. Larry Plourde’s class at that time to invite them to the celebration. The public is also invited to attend.

Ms. Abby’s Early PK (3-year-old program) had so much fun visiting Mr. James’ Pumpkin Patch in Frenchville! The children had a wonderful time exploring the pumpkin patch, and each student had the special opportunity to pick out a pumpkin to take home. When we return from Harvest Break, the Early PK students will continue learning about and exploring all things pumpkins! We want to express our gratitude to Mr. James Pelletier for welcoming us to the pumpkin patch again this year. We are so grateful for this fun hands-on learning experience!
