Mark your calendars for October 31, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the City of Madill! Come out for a spooktacular evening filled with fun, games, and plenty of treats.

👻 **What to Expect:**
- **Costume Contest**: Show off your creative costumes at 7 PM at the Gazebo! Prizes await the most spirited participants.
- **Activities for All Ages**: There’s something for everyone, so bring the whole family to enjoy the festivities!

We’re also inviting local businesses to participate by setting up a table and sharing in the fun. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business while supporting our community.

🧦 Socktober: A Month of Giving 🧦

As we step into October, I’m excited to kick off Socktober, a month dedicated to collecting socks for those in our community who need them the most! 🧦❤️

Socks are often overlooked, yet they are one of the most essential items for individuals experiencing homelessness, senior citizens, home health patients, nursing home residents, and foster kids through DHS. A fresh pair of socks can provide warmth, comfort, and dignity—something we can all contribute to.

Throughout this month, I’ll be collecting new socks to donate to various organizations that support our less fortunate neighbors. If you’d like to join me in making a difference, please consider donating socks! Every pair counts.

Additionally, if you're a business owner and would like to support this cause, I’d love to set up a collection basket at your location. Together, we can spread the warmth and show our community that we care!
