Get ready to sleigh your snack table! This Christmas dip packs creamy goodness, a merry little kick of heat, and the perfect pop of tartness.
Ingredients:
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, at room temperature
1 - jalapeño, finely diced
1/3 cup pomegranate seed (more or less to suite your preference)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 small pinch of Kosher salt
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl add the cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and kosher salt, and black pepper. Using a hand mixer, whip until well blended. Gently stir in the jalapeños and pomegranate seeds. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Service in a cute dish and garnish with additional jalapeños and pomegranate seeds. Pair with gourmet crackers.
