Today, my girlfriend Christie Engler sang the National Anthem a ca****la at the airport’s Wings & Wheels event — and she did an amazing job. Her voice was powerful, heartfelt, and gave everyone goosebumps. Amazing job, Christie!

This evening, after learning about an individual in our community who was in urgent need of a safe place to sleep, Kindness Jefferson County,Indiana stepped in to provide a paid hotel room for the night.

In addition, Kindness Jefferson County DJ was honored to contribute an extra night’s stay for this individual, funded through our DJ equipment fund. Our DJ service exists not only to entertain, but also to raise money to support those in need. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to help a community member during a difficult time.

Good morning KJC Family. Many of you know that recently we had to shut down the KJC DJ service due to my personal health. I am happy to announce that I am feeling better than ever and we have started making updates to our equipment and getting it ready to go again.

We have made a new logo to celebrate this new chapter and are currently working to get our trailer wrapped for promotional advertisement. You will see this sitting in various places in town in the next few weeks.

After my Dr appointment on August 1st we hope to get the all clear and open the dj service up again and we want to hit the ground running.

If we get the Dr's approval we will be taking bookings and we will be running a special discounted proce to celebrate our return.

Please share us with anyone you know looking for music and state of the art lighting. We are ready to get back out there and serve our amazing community again.

Recently KJC DJ has been given an amazing opportunity to Partner with Phenyx Pro audio company. they sent us pne of their units to review and was asked to give an honest review and we could keep the item afterwards. below is our review of this unit they sent us and i have also provide a link to a you tube video i did covering this unit.

**Review**

I recently had the opportunity to test the Phenyx Pro PTU-1U, and I must say, this all-metal professional single microphone system truly impressed me. From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality stood out—it's robust and feels like it can withstand the rigors of professional use. The microphone has a convenient power button located on the bottom, which I found to be a nice touch.

I conducted a range test, and the performance exceeded my expectations. As someone who owns several Phenyx Pro systems, I appreciate them for various reasons, but two key factors keep me coming back: the exceptional build quality and the reliability. I have yet to encounter a single issue with any of their products, which speaks volumes about their craftsmanship.

My only minor complaint is regarding the power switch. The PTU-1U features a rocker switch for powering on and off. While it works well, I personally prefer a push button for that extra peace of mind against accidental shutdowns. However, I can see how some may prefer the rocker switch in a professional setting for its ease of use.

Overall, I highly recommend Phenyx Pro systems to anyone in need of reliable audio equipment. They have consistently proven to be trustworthy, making them a solid choice for both amateur and professional applications.
