After purchasing her own Lake Caroline home through Polles Properties, Nikki Vaughn found herself beginning a new chapter as the company's office manager. 💼

Today, she helps support clients with residential, commercial, land, property management, rental services, and even offers notary services for Lake Caroline residents. 🤝

We love seeing neighbors supporting neighbors and helping make our community even stronger. 💙

Northshore celebrated America 250 with a patriotic progressive dinner that brought everyone together for an evening filled with laughter, delicious food, and unforgettable memories. ✨

From drinks and appetizers to desserts, each stop highlighted the strong sense of community that makes Lake Caroline such a special place to call home. 🍽️

It's moments like these that remind us the best celebrations are the ones shared with neighbors. ❤️

Celebrate the red, white, and blue with the next generation of Lake Caroline! 🎉

The Lake Caroline Park Committee hosted a fun filled Flag Day event where kids enjoyed patriotic crafts, hands on activities, and learned more about the American flag. From decorating stars to filling out Time Capsule questionnaires, it was a day filled with creativity, learning, and community spirit. 🎨

A big thank you to the Park Committee and all the volunteers who continue to create meaningful events that bring our neighborhood together. 💛

Lake Caroline residents Susan and Allen Godfrey hosted a beautiful lakeside rehearsal dinner at the Bellevue Clubhouse to celebrate Kelsey Carroll and their son, Will Godfrey, before their wedding day. 💕
