Thank you to all the teens who joined us for our summer session! We love the energy and growth our Teens members bring to the gym. Here are a few highlights and PR's from our summer session we wanted to call out (and celebrate!):
Dillon – Showed up, worked hard, and crushed PRs across the board: deadlift, strict press, push press, back squat, power clean, and bench. Consistency pays off!
Ethan – This dude flies. With a 50” box jump, he came just 1” shy of the gym record. Can’t wait to see what he does in high school athletics!
Nolan – Explosive, coachable, and stronger every summer. Nolan’s dedication is paying off, and the best is yet to come.
Liz – Coaching Liz over the past 4+ years has been an honor. Her work ethic led to multiple WIAA state medals in Track & Field and a top-20 worldwide finish in the 2022 CrossFit Games Semifinals. A true standout!
Logan – A familiar face in our CrossFit Teens evenings! Logan has made huge strides in technique and form. Always inspiring to watch his growth.
Whitley – Strong, smart, and supportive. Whitley leads by example and lifts others up. Her gymnastics skills have taken off—we’re pumped to see her shine in the pool this season!
As we move into August we have decided to make some changes to the teens class structure to allow for more simplicity and flexibility. Beginning August 4th we will transition from session based programming to a month to month membership. This will run similar to our kids memberships where there will be a monthly membership fee ($100 for teens) and those registered can attend 2 classes per week. We will return to having evening classes Monday - Thursday at 7pm so teens can attend the days that work best with their schedule. The monthly membership will charge on the 1st of each month and you can take a break for sports seasons, etc. No long term commitments are required, we just want each teen to stay active and working towards their goals.
