Video #1 shows Larry Buckhalter strapped into a shock vest, convulsing and screaming while jailers stand around joking, laughing, and doing absolutely nothing to help him.
Video #2 — recorded on a different day — shows Buckhalter being forced to tell the jailers “happy birthday” while they laugh at him, mock him, and treat him like entertainment instead of a human being.
Meanwhile, the Sheriff’s Department’s attorney claims Buckhalter was “never found mentally incompetent,” a statement that becomes more absurd the moment you watch either video.
