Yes, the Goal was to pass the GCE, you organized yourself for months, read many books, attended extra classes, and answered past questions. All these efforts were directed toward your exam for a specified time. These were Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. You passed.
That’s being Goal oriented.

That is a communication skill and trust me few people can do that.
4. Don’t you know you know Conflict Resolution?

Remember when you had to write essays in English class, engage in art classes, or do other creative writing assignments you did completely offhand?
That’s being creative. It’s not only about super big ideas.
6. You are capable of Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving.
How many academic challenges and puzzles have you solved?
How many hard math problems have you solved, done challenging science experiments, or read literature and philosophy books to analyze themes and symbolism in English literature?
All these build your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Remember participating in group projects or team sports? Remember being a reliable member of the school's soccer team, attending every practice and game, and consistently giving your best effort on the field.
Your commitment to every practice and game shows your unwavering dependability.
8. Oh Yes, Good Listening and understanding.
Remember when you were participating in classroom discussions or seeking guidance from teachers? Or even when you were actively listening during history class to understand different historical perspectives or carefully following instructions from a teacher during a science experiment?
You have become skilled in listening and understanding new information.
9. Yes, Leadership.
Remember those school clubs or student governments where you took roles? You were a class delegate/prefect, you had to maintain order in class when the teacher was absent.
Remember organizing school events, representing student interests, and leading meetings to address student concerns.
That’s you being a leader. It's not about being the president of a country.
These soft skills are often developed and honed through a wide range of experiences and activities during high school. Whether it's through academics, extracurriculars, or social interactions, graduates have ample opportunities to acquire and showcase these valuable skills, which will continue to be useful in the future.
