The Old Saybrook Board of Finance on July 15 approved a motion to appropriate $15,600 to help fund new flooring in the community room at the Estuary senior center. The funding must be approved at a town meeting scheduled for Monday, Aug. 5 at 5 p.m. at Town Hall.
