Ridgedale Middle School is proud to officially launch the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, an alumni initiative designed to reconnect graduates with the school that helped shape their journey.

𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: The Panther Legacy Society exists to strengthen pride in Ridgedale Middle School and inspire generations to learn, lead, and give back through meaningful relationships between alumni, students, staff, and the wider Florham Park community.

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: The purpose of the Panther Legacy Society is to celebrate the accomplishments of Ridgedale graduates, provide opportunities for alumni to engage with and support current students, preserve the traditions and history of RMS, and foster a lifelong sense of belonging to our “Community of One.”

𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: The Panther Legacy Society envisions alumni actively returning to learn, lead, and give back by participating in milestone reunions, school traditions, assemblies, performances, and celebrations that honor the past while shaping the future. Through mentorship, panels, speaking opportunities, and student-centered events, alumni serve as living examples of the values cultivated at RMS, reinforcing their enduring role within our “Community of One.”

🎓 If you’re an RMS alum, we invite you to 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 and stay connected—whether that means attending events, mentoring students, sharing your story, or simply reconnecting with classmates.
