Next week Wednesday, the Bucky Volunteering Association is going to be having the 2nd Annual Concert Against Cancer event at UW-Madison featuring Redefined (UW a capella group), Hypnotiq (UW Hip hop dance crew), Performance by Jamar Jones (midwest rapping artist), and music performances by Mario Ademaj (BVA Founder) and Elianna Fred (UW Madison singer). This entire event will only be 5$ and 100% of the profits will go towards cancer research. Everyone knows someone that has been affected by cancer so let's do something to help advance medical research. Here is video footage from last year's first Concert Against Cancer ever held at UW-Madison. Concert will be Wednesday, December 12th at 7:00PM at Memorial Union. We are so excited and hope you are too!!!

Anyone interested in helping United Cerebral Palsy serve beer at the Taste of Madison?? Only need to be over 18. They are looking for people to help on Saturday, September 1st from 5-9 pm and Sunday, September 2nd from 3-7:30 pm. Anyone interested?

TONIGHT IS THE BIG NIGHT!

Concert Against Cancer is tonight (Friday) at 7:00PM at Varsity Hall of Union South. It's only $5 for an entire concert and the best part of all is that it's all for cancer research! Come watch special performances by 2 UW-Madison students, hear from a patient battling cancer, and enjoy a show by the Midwestern Hip Hop Star Jamar Jones (aka 4-0).

We will be having the bakesale this Thursday on State street (between Towers and Statesider) at 9:00PM until all the baked goods are sold. If you want to volunteer, meet the group there. You can also drop off any baked goods there for service points.
