Junior Writer Drew Swirczek shares some great advice for horse owners to navigate hot days. After years in the saddle, she’s learned that warm-weather riding isn’t just about enjoying sunny trails; it’s about keeping your horse safe, comfortable, and happy. 🐴

After learning how quickly horses overheat, Drew has made it a rule to ride either early in the morning or later in the evening and encourages shade and rest.

Learning to recognize the signs of overheating, such as excessive sweating, rapid breathing, or fatigue, is something every rider should prioritize.

Tucker De Noble is a special one-year-old black tabby cat who enjoys hanging out in the yard with the other cats and watching golfers at the 12th tee box. He has the unique ability to try turning the door handle when he wants to go outside. He also really enjoys whipped, foamed half-and-half from his mom’s coffee. 💛

Lake Windcrest ladies had a fun night at RND RUSTICS last month!

A makeup lesson was led by Brittney Moss, who walked everyone through a glam look step by step. She shared great techniques, answered questions, and kept the entire group laughing the whole time. Her energy made it both educational and so much fun. 💄👛
