Would you eat this Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Feast ?
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Garnish:
Lemon wedges
Additional parsley
Directions:
Prepare the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Lower the heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in parsley and return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Remove and keep warm.
Cook the Shrimp:
Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle shrimp with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and stir to coat.
Serve:
Arrange the steak bites and shrimp on a large platter. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot with your favorite sides like rice, vegetables, or crusty bread.
