Nor ‘easter chicken prep. I don’t want any of my young hens getting caught in the rain outside the fence line so they’ll be spending their day in their coop and run today! Assuming my 3 escapees don’t fly the coop, this should also mean I get to collect all eggs laid today😅 these guys are pretty lucky because they usually get free reign of the whole goat pen. This has been a perfect balance for everyone involved, the chickens having their freedom but also protection from predators.
