Rainbow Dome. 97/100.
Boy do I miss early batches of this in bombers. Dry hopped sour with apricots. Cheater beer for this insane NYC heat.
Zippy acidity, juicy stone fruit,
In that vein of Sour IPAs.

I really wanted to try the popup
for the first time. The Krab Rangoon Slice was the last on my preference, but I went with it since it was recommended.
I was wrong.

This is the best "weird" pizza I've had in a while.

Not too cream cheesy to dominate the slice. The imitation Krab was supple and soft almost like balls of fresh mozz. And the freshly made abundant wonton strips added so much needed crunch to the slice.

I took half home and threw on some Fly by Jing Chili Crisp and it took it to another level.
