🎬️ Directed by our future filmmaker Gabriella Guevara, "Arroz con Gandules" is a film celebrating Hispanic representation, following a young girl’s journey to reconnect with her culture. Guided by the mentorship of a cherished family member from her past, she learns the traditions of cooking while reflecting on her heritage. She then comes to accept that culture is not only preserved through memory, but kept alive through action.
