At the February 11, 2026 Planning Board meeting, the applicant for the EV Charging Station on Mamaroneck Avenue (and in a flood zone) pulled the application. This comes after changes to the Village Code last month that would have required a zoning variance for the proposed project.

Did you know that the Village submitted 30 grant applications in 2025?

And with the latest award of almost $10 million, we are receiving $20.7 million in grant money with 97% for flood related projects ($20.1). These numbers do not count the ACE project or any funding related to that project.
