UPDATE TO YESTERDAY’S ANNOUNCEMENT

While the Inyo National Forest’s full closure impacts many summer activities through at least September 17, here’s what you can still do this Labor Day Weekend: The Adventure Center at Main Lodge is open 10AM–5PM daily through September 6 with the Jr. Zip Line, Climbing Wall, Ropes Course, Stacyc Track, EuroBungee, and Mining. Mountain Center in The Village will continue to offer e-bike rentals from 9AM–5PM for use on paved town paths, and Sierra Star Golf Course is in full operation through October 10, with tee times available by calling 760.924.GOLF.

(For a list of what other activities are available in town and outside the Inyo National Forest please see Visit Mammoth’s forest closure page. https://www.visitmammoth.com/blogs/inyo-national-forest-closure/)

Mammoth Lakes still remains under no current threat to fires. The forest closure is intended to free up resources and keep visitors safe at a time when fire personnel are focused elsewhere in the West. We continue to send resources and lend assistance to our neighbors in the Tahoe area in whatever way we can.

FANTASTIC NEWS! Due to the support of our property manager and a legacy Fort Member, we no longer need to close the Downtown location! Because we still don't know when the hotel construction will start, please know this is temporary and we may not have much notice when we do have to close, we will continue to offer daily drop ins only at the punch pass rate of $20 per day. Please direct questions to [email protected]

Hello Fort Community! The day has come, construction on our building is starting soon, so the last day of the Fort Downtown location will be Thursday, July 8. The Main Lodge Fort is still open for your co-working needs. We will be reaching out to all current members with options, and if you have any questions, please reach out to us either via messenger or email at [email protected]

With the changes in Covid protocol, we are now offering monthly memberships on a limited basis. First come, first served, $200 a month, no minimum commitment, and IKON pass holders can get 50% off by using the code IKON. You must have a current IKON pass to qualify for the discount. Let us know if you have any questions! 760.934.0655 or [email protected]

A reminder to all, the Fort will no longer be offering any memberships that include an Ikon pass. When the pandemic is over, we will likely have more longer term options that will include a discount for pass holders. That means you should purchase your Ikon pass now while the price is the lowest it will be!

Sadly, Mono County being placed in the Purple tier means the Fort will be closed until further notice.

Please wear your mask, social distance, and be safe! If we all do our part, we can hopefully get Mono County back to the Red tier in a few weeks which will allow the Fort to reopen. Hope to see you all again soon!
