Emotional Sovereignty is the ability to recognize this without becoming numb or disengaged,
...to remain informed with the wisdom to know the world is a stage,
..without being triggered, pressured,
.to be present without being persuaded,
...and grounded in the truth that your worth and well-being were never meant to be manufactured or sold.

Making a decision to be un influenced by all these "influencers" is the coolest thing you can ever do, to keep your sovereignty and to focus head down if your own creative power to exude authenticity with no shame.

*Side note- as parents we do this to our own children looking at what other kids are doing and imprinting a lack mentality onto them saying "Well why aren't you doing this too?" The school system is great for putting in "not good enough codes"

So while it's important to challenge yourself to do well in a variety of things or subjects, it's not the case in the world of nature. Animals who are amazing at one thing don't think they need to be amazing at all the things animals around them are good at.

As humans we have an incredible ability and thirst to learn and it crosses over the line when we try to hijack exactly what we should learn and to make a blanket mandatory measure of it for ourselves and our children.

I have always been conscious of this yet pulled back in repeatedly because of the massive odds against you when you are immersed in online and real in person societal norms.

(manifestation).

So before choosing colors or décor, pause and ask, "How do I want to feel in this space?"

Each emotion carries an elemental vibration. For example, serenity aligns with Water, warmth, inspiration and energetic with Fire, and stability, self care with Earth. Your emotional intention

Step 2: Match Feelings to Elemental Colors
Now, translate your chosen feeling into color using the Five Elements:
