Dreaming City Books Dreaming City Books began in 1994 as a retail storefront and began publishing with Dreaming City Tales in 1998.

We continue to publish small press artbooks and comics. Beginning as a brick and mortar comic shop in Arlington Va, Dreaming City moved on to publishing with it's short horror anthology Dreaming City Tales. We're now offering a line of art books through Kickstarter, featuring artists from Dreaming City Tales.
