I’ve always dreamed of switching my family to all things sourdough, but it felt like such a big leap—until life gave us a reason. When we discovered my son couldn’t tolerate dairy, we realized how hard it was to find clean, wholesome bread in stores. Most loaves had ingredients we couldn’t pronounce—or dairy we couldn’t have. That’s when I turned to the beauty of sourdough: just flour, water, and

salt. What started as baking for my family quickly turned into sharing with friends and loved ones, and their encouragement led me to start selling at farmers markets.
