This week, Our Gourmet headed to Three Chimneys Inn - ffrost Sawyer Tavern in Durham for a special meal to celebrate an anniversary.

Housed in one of the oldest buildings in New Hampshire, the inn’s dining rooms feel like you’ve stepped back into the 1600s, with wide-plank floors, copper kettles and a glowing hearth setting the mood.

The atmosphere may do the heavy lifting here, but the prime rib dinner and Jefferson Fried Chicken did not disappoint.
