🔥🔥🔥 Skinny culture is messing with the wrong generation of women. We’ve seen more diets and miracle weight loss propaganda than one should see in a lifetime.

We were taught to eat less, be less, take up less space. To chase a number. To shrink.

Abso-MF-lutely NOT. No thank you. Hard pass.

We lift. We fuel. We rest. We grow.

Your body is not something to constantly feel the need to fix. It’s done some pretty dang amazing things and is something to strengthen, respect, and show up for.

We’re done shrinking. 👏🏼
