We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable Client Services Manager, to join our team in managing the smooth, efficient delivery of production services at AlUla Studios Powered by MBStudios.
Acting as the key liaison between incoming productions and internal teams, this vital, client-facing role, requires both a commercial and operational focus, exceptional interpersonal skills, plus an understanding of studio functions and local supporting infrastructure.
Liaising directly with clients, this position will be the primary point of contact for studio enquiries. Responsibilities include, the diligent delivery of a broad variety of production related services, including the accurate preparation of quotes and approval of invoices, plus the managing of studio hire agreements, working closely with the UK-based legal and commercial teams to finalise terms with production clients.
Able to work both individually or as part of a team, applicants should be excellent communicators, highly organised and methodical, with a keen eye for detail and able to carefully manage workloads, whilst remaining flexible and adaptable in responding to changing demands.
A good level of computer literacy plus a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred. Previous experience gained working within an entertainment production environment would be beneficial.
