🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Eastern European Prescription Scam Allegedly Spreading Across NYC’s Five Boroughs

According to sources, Eastern European groups are allegedly involved in a prescription scam spreading throughout the five boroughs of New York City.

Sources say individuals are using Medicaid, Medicare and other government-issued health insurance to have prescriptions filled at pharmacies. The pharmacies allegedly bill the insurance companies for the medications and then return approximately 70% of the value of the prescriptions to the individuals in cash.

Sources say the individuals may present as many as 10 prescriptions from certain doctors at a time, with the alleged scheme involving the pharmacies keeping the medications while providing the individuals with cash.

Sources say the alleged scam is continuing to spread throughout New York City.

Times Square NYC 🚨 Officer Dragged By Car During Traffic Stop

Last night, an NYPD officer assigned to Times Square was reportedly dragged by a vehicle during a traffic stop.

It appears the officer had his gun out while the incident took place.

The officer was thrown at least 10 feet after the vehicle suddenly took off.

It’s unclear if the officer was injured or whether the vehicle was eventually stopped.

The alleged suspect was arrested by the NYPD .
