1. While many shudder at the idea of selling in the fall, those that continue to list see fantastic success as inventory is smaller and buyer interest remains strong.
2. Speaking of buyers, the FOMO kicks in hard in the fall. They need to buy and urgency is a wonderful factor as a seller.
3. Pumpkin Spice Psychology works like a charm. Human nature in the fall wants to be cozy, tucked in preparing to relax. The temptation of a new home before the holidays is perfect for a seller.
4. Ever heard of Golden Hour. It’s there 24/7 in the fall. Your home will stun in it.
