For those who grew up in Nigeria, this might be normal. But if you’ve been away from home, you know the difference hits differently.

In most Nigerian houses, tiles are the standard, and honestly, they make homes feel more luxurious.

And then there’s the AC situation which I find very unique.

In Lagos, every room has its own unit, but in the U.S., one central system controls everything. It felt so unfamiliar at the time, but now? I’m used to both worlds ☺️
