NYPD officers work the scene where a 52-year-old man was fatally shot multiple times throughout his body outside of 261 Lenox Road within the confines of the 67 precinct, Brooklyn, New York, USA, June 12, 2026. Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM the shooting transpired and the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead. Several pieces of evidence including a knife, hat, shell casings and clothing were located on the scene. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. The identity of the deceased is pending family notification.

NYPD investigators collected evidence including a knife, two helmets near two mopeds and other items where a man was fatally stabbed inside of Little Bay Park, Queens, New York, USA, June 11, 2026. On Thursday, June 11, 2026, at approximately 8:30 PM, NYPD officers responded to an assault in progress inside Little Bay Park, within the confines of the 109 Precinct in Queens, New York. Upon arrival, officers observed a man with a stab wound to his back. The male was transported by EMS to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. Sources say numerous suspects with mopeds fled the scene. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.
